At Old Teenager, each item is made especially for you after you place an order. Because our products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful, we are unable to accept most traditional returns. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Made-to-Order Products
All items sold on Old Teenager are print-on-demand products, meaning they are custom printed and produced only after an order is placed. Because of this
**We do not accept returns or exchanges for color selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
**We will accept returns/exchanges for incorrect size on a case-by-case basis; however, please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll gladly work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue. To qualify for a replacement or refund:
**You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item
**Provide your order number
**Include clear photos of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement OR a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and work toward a replacement or refund if applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the package may be returned by the carrier and the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed and returned to the fulfillment facility, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
