Thank you for shopping with Old Teenager. All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner Printful. Because each item is created specifically for you, order processing and shipping times may vary.

Order Processing Time
All items are made to order after purchase. Typical production time is 2-5 business days for apparel and most products. Production may take longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods. Orders are sent to production immediately after checkout, which means they cannot usually be modified or canceled once processing begins.

Shipping Time Estimates
After production is complete, orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Please note, these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–20 business days depending on destination

Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to a number of reasons including carrier issues, severe weather, customs processing, holiday demand, or global supply chain disruptions. Old Teenager is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a carrier tracking link. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, the order may be returned to the fulfillment facility. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, Old Teenager cannot guarantee replacement for packages that are stolen, lost after delivery, or delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect address entry. However, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Old Teenager has no control over customs processing times.
