Chargeback Policy
Customers agree to contact Old Teenager first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with the payment provider. We may provide the payment processor with order details including shipping confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and communication history. Submitting a chargeback for a valid delivered order may be considered fraudulent activity.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraudulent activity, orders may be delayed or canceled if billing information cannot be verified, the order appears high-risk, or payment authorization fails.
